THE sprawling multimedia rock take on H G Wells’s pioneering science fiction novel is on its final arena tour. A 3-D hologram of Liam Neeson will be joined by former teen heart-throbs Jason Donovan, Brian McFadden and Shayne Ward, with Carrie Hope Fletcher and Joseph Whelan and a 35ft Martian fighting machine in the live version of Jeff Wayne’s classic double album.

The composer will conduct the 36-piece ULLAdubULLA Strings and nine-piece Black Smoke Band. New this year is the addition of Callum O’Neil playing H G Wells in three new scenes taken from across the author’s life.
