A 100-YEAR-OLD celebrated her birthday with flowers from the mayor and a card from the Queen.
Uckfield resident Mary Grace was presented with a bouquet of flowers by the town’s mayor, Councillor Ian Smith.
she went to her weekly lunch as a member of the Luxford Centre in Library Way, Uckfield, where she was presented with an orchid by friends and staff.
She proudly showed everyone her telegram from the Queen.
Mary celebrated her birth-day with friends and relatives on Saturday, January 3, at the Civic Centre.
