Lovestick celebrates its first birthday with an all night love in at the Ocean Rooms. Three rooms of funked-up underground, classic and electro house from the usual suspects and their special guest DJs "Evil"

Eddie Richards, Harold Heath and Digs. The dress code is love and Valentine's Day extras include birthday presents, cake, massage, magic and plenty of surprises. Part of your entrance fee will go to a good cause because Lovestick is donating £1 from every ticket sale to Pride.

Over the past year, Lovestick has thrown a number of events including a carnival float for Body Positive and Open Door and a massive beach party at Black Rock last Pride.

The night club events started with Fridays at The Zap Club, moving to Saturdays at the Ocean Rooms, bringing down many legends in the house scene including Terry Francis, Nathan Coles, Joey Youngman, Inland Knights, Asad Rizvi and Mastik Sole.

Lovestick have managed to raise more than £1,000 so far for local charities which they say is the icing on the birthday cake of an enjoyable year.
