Having noticed the publication of Caroline Lucas’s book, have you noticed that nine copies are available in the Brighton and Hove Library Catalogue?
The usual procedure is that books are paid for in advance, not donated.
So, why at a time of council tax rises and cuts, is public money seemingly being spent on Lucas’s pre-election propaganda?
