I dread the coming of spring because I always get hay fever. I have heard there's a new jab which prevents it. Is that so?
Hay fever is caused by grass pollen, which doesn't usually float around in the Sussex air till May or June. There is indeed a new anti-grass pollen treatment, called Grazax, but it's a once-daily tablet, not a jab. It's pretty expensive, at £67.50 a month, so I don't know if your doctor will be willing to prescribe it for you.
