Everybody I speak to almost without exception (and I'm a taxi driver) is hugely excited by the prospect of our city having a Frank Gehry creation.
The fact we would have a sports centre designed by him free of charge is an amazing feat in itself.
To add to that a range of homes and a public realm for the enjoyment of everyone in the locality. It is too good to be true.
