Worthing resident Laura Tingley, who previously worked in the Broadwater area, has returned as manager of the Broadwater branch of Jacobs Steel, the longest serving estate agent in the area.

The Broadwater office opened more than 30 years ago in 1984 and the firm has grown and now has six award winning offices.

Expansion over the years has seen Jacobs Steel grow to six award winning sales offices and a dedicated lettings office. The agent is a firm favourite with buyers and sellers because of the dedication, local knowledge and competence of the staff who all live in the area.

Laura’s career in property began back in 2004 when she started working for a local agent. Her aptitude and passion for property enabled her to pursue her role as branch manager and join the Jacobs Steel team. She has lived in Broadwater village for nearly 30 years and worked in the property market for more than ten years. Laura has an abundance of experience especially well catered to the specifics of Worthing and Broadwater Village.

Her honed people skills and knowledge of the property industry are just two of the many qualities that warrant the continuous positive feedback from her clients and business partners.

If you are interested in learning the value of your home or seeking property advice, please ring or call into the office where Laura and her team will be glad to help. Working alongside Laura in the Broadwater office is Daniel Simmonds, Chloe Nightingale, Josh Lepine and Leanne Williams.
