Speeding driver still at large after helicopter search fails
A SPEEDING driver is still at large after a helicopter search failed to find the rogue.
At 12.25am this morning a car which was seen to be travelling at speed failed to stop for police in Oathall Road, Haywards Heath.
It was followed and was abandoned in Finches Gardens, Lindfield, minutes later and the driver ran off.
Following a search of the area with the assistance of a police helicopter nobody was found. Enquiries will continue to identify and trace the driver.
