A UNIVERSITY expert will be appearing on national TV this week to help with research into badgers.
Dawn Scott, an ecologist from the University of Brighton, is featuring in the BBC’s Springwatch programme.
Dr Scott, assistant head of the university's school of pharmacy and biomolecular sciences, joined BBC presenter Chris Packham as they investigated badger habitat use at a Suffolk nature reserve.
Dr Scott has featured in previous BBC TV programmes on the habitats and lifestyles of hedgehogs and urban foxes.
