As an onlooker from outside Brighton and Hove, I have been following the lively debate on the King Alfred project with interest and not a little amusement.
Mr Gehry has connections with the ancient Hanseatic city of Gdansk in Poland.
I shall visit there in July and was researching it when I came upon this photograph, right, which has the hand of Gehry writ large upon it.
How about this for the North Laine development?
