Yoou recently reported (The Argus, March 29) that the local planning committeee is proposing to turn down an application by Sussex County Cricket Club to develop part of the County Ground as it is felt it would represent over-development of the site.
One wonders if the committee would have come to a different conclusion if all or any of the names Gehry, Karis or St Modwen had been associated in any way with the project?
