A petrol station could be transformed into a seven-storey high-rise.
The former Esso garage in Hollingdean Road, Brighton is earmarked to be redeveloped into a seven-storey building with 35 affordable flats and three car parking spaces.
Plans have been submitted by Southern Primary Housing Agent and Brighton and Hove City Council will make the final decision.
