If Brighton and Hove City Council is refusing permission to expand a cricket ground due to overshadowing of properties in that area, how could it pass the King Alfred monstrosity, which overshadows lots of properties?
Who will benefit if the cricket ground is sold? I imagine that then, planning permission will be no problem.
