THE Naked Bike Ride is returning to Brighton.
The “light-hearted and liberating” celebration of low-carbon living is due to take place on Sunday.
Up to 1,000 riders are expected to assemble at The Level at midday before riding naked through central Brighton to the Black Rock naturist beach, near the marina. Participants are encouraged to decorate their bikes and bodies with environmental messages.
It is one of more than 50 World Naked Bike Ride events around the globe – including ten in the UK.
Co-organiser Duncan Blinkhorn said: “The World Naked Bike Ride aims to be fun, empowering and inclusive, with participants invited to ride ‘as bare as you dare’."
Participation is free. To find out more about the event and how to take part, visit http://worldnakedbikeride.org/brighton.
