"You're never too old, young or 'cool' to come to the circus," reminds Zippo's Circus ringmaster Norman Barrett MBE as the first night's audience filters from the tent.

He also warns the audience to be careful crossing the busy A259 outside in a touching moment which gives an insight into his real passion for his fans.

The famed Zippo's Circus delivers on all counts with its new OMG show, leaving cheeks aching from laughter, gasps, screams and open-mouthed awe throughout the two hour performance.

From dexterous contortionists to daring stuntmen and a talented Jack Russell, Zippo's is a non-stop rollercoaster of entertainment.

Norman's own performing budgies are a pure delight and one of the highlights of the show - including when the misbehaving birds decide they're just having far too much fun to stop.

The daring stunts with dangerous twists on the wheel of death push Duo Galaxy's Markus Kollner to his limits and leave some of the more risk-adverse adults covering their eyes, daring not to peek.

Without listing them all, every act is amazing and deserving of its spot in "London's Favourite Circus", from The Kenya Boys to the Globe of Terror motorcyclists and the incredibly talented Summer and her beautiful and elegant horses.

Follow Mr Barrett's words of advice - swallow your preconceptions and go and enjoy some pure entertainment and fun while it's in town.
