What is happening at Alliance and Leicester branches? Every branch is being streamlined to one kiosk open, thus creating huge queues and extensive waiting times.
We are told the streamlining is to benefit customers.
Pray tell me how waiting in a queue for half an hour or more benefits me, when all I want do do is pay in money?
