Following in the footsteps of 19th century French writer Alexis de Tocqueville, Bernard-Henri Levy gives a new vision of America in his latest book.
American Vertigo is the French writer and philosopher's account of his road trip across the modernday USA, following the template of de Tocqueville's 1835 work, Democracy In America.
He will be sharing his stories about the prisons and brothels he visited, as well as meeting American celebrities such as Norman Mailer and Sharon Stone.
