An elderly man who crashed his car into a hospital will not be charged by police.
The driver smashed his car into the day surgery unit at Eastbourne District General Hospital on May 25.
The car ended up inside the building and he was treated for minor injuries.
A receptionist was treated for shock after the crash.
A police spokesman said: "Sussex Police can confirm that the driver will not be charged or reported for any offences.
"The question of his future driving, however, will be assessed."
