A 19-YEAR-OLD who drowned while swimming in the sea has been identified.
Gustavo Silva Da Cruz, 19, from Brazil, got into difficulties in the water in Camber yesterday (Sunday).
Despite rescue efforts after he was found at 6.20pm, he was declared dead at the scene.
He had been visiting family in Croydon, Sussex Police said today.
His death is not being treated as suspicious and the coroner has been informed.
Two other people, not connected to Gustavo - a 35-year-old man and his 17-year-old son visiting from London - remain in a critical but stable condition..
