THE award-winning Jetty Restaurant and HarBAR have opened at the Brighton Harbour Hotel.

Following a major redesign of the former Umi Hotel and Little Bay restaurant, the new cocktail bar and restaurant open ahead of rooms becoming available in August.

The bar is being marketed as a sophisticated destination for pre-dinner drinks, meeting with friends and dancing, with a modern cocktail menu, and an eclectic mix of wines and craft beers.

The Jetty Restaurant follows the success of counterparts in Christchurch, Dorset and Salcombe, Devon,

The seafood oriented menu is based around locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and dishes, alongside an eclectic wine list.

Classics including fruit de mer seafood platters and oysters are expected to be favourites, with meat options available from the grill.

In early 2017, Brighton Harbour Hotel’s spa will open - alongside Brighton’s first rooftop infinity pool.
