TWO people who died when their car crashed into a garden have been formally identified.
Ricarda Chapman and Lewis James Gardner-Smith were travelling in Lower Beeding, near Horsham, when the accident happened earlier this month.
Ricarda, 25, lived in Covert Mead, Handcross, and teenager Lewis James, 17, was from Sandygate Lane, Lower Beeding.
The pair were in a black Vauxhall Meriva when it came off the A281 near its junction with Picts Lane and ended up in the garden.
No other vehicle was involved.
Police are still appealing for information about the crash, which happened at about 10.45pm on April 18.
Witnesses are asked to contact police online at sussex.police.uk.
Alternatively they can call 101 quoting Operation Waddington.
