SCHOOL campaigners are back in full force after the summer holiday.
The Save Our Schools group were at Hertford Infant School in Hollingdean, Brighton, this morning to show their support for teachers in the midst of an "education crisis".
About 300 children, parents and teachers gathered on the playground and linked arms to express their bond with their school.
The movement is the group's first since July, when they delivered messages to Downing Street, with a number of schools from across Brighton and Hove and the rest of the country.
Zoe McGuigan, Hertford's headteacher, told The Argus: "We are managing to cope with the cuts, but any additional ones will push us over the edge.
"We cannot take any more."
