DAREDEVIL Eddie Kidd was famed for his thrilling stunts until his career was cut short when he was paralysed in a motorcycle accident in 1996.

Some of our images today show him in his heyday.

He is pictured above left with Julie Fox and George Takei in Brighton in 1992.

They were starring in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at the Dome.

Takei took the role of Mydrakon, the mirror master, while Kidd played the Huntsman – he is pictured right in costume – and Julie Fox was Snow White.

Kidd and Takei are also pictured far left playing with walkie talkies (remember those?) and we have a shot of Kidd doing a wheelie on a motorbike.

Another motorcycle ace was Barry Sheene, pictured above.

He was a British World Champion Grand Prix motorcyclist, who remained the UK’s last champion until Danny Kent took back the title in 2015.

In July 2002, at the age of 51, Sheene was diagnosed with cancer of the oesophagus and stomach, and died eight months later.

Our photo was taken in 1985 but we are not sure what he was doing.

Do you know the other person in the picture?

Former champion boxer Chris Eubank was often pictured on motorbikes in Brighton in the Nineties but our picture shows him on four wheels.

It shows him being driven into Bartholomew Square – do you know what all the fanfare was about?

Our main picture today shows Gina Campbell, daughter of British speed record breaker Donald Campbell, with Bluebird II, in which she broke the Woman’s World Water Speed Record at 122.86mph in 1984. Were you one of the children lucky enough to meet her during this visit to Sussex?
