MORE than 45 teams gathered at The Grand, Brighton, to take part in a charity quiz organised by Mishon Mackay.

Celebrating the firm’s 30th year in business, estate agent Mishon Mackay’s annual charity quiz raised £2,200 for The Clock Tower Sanctuary, a charity that supports homeless young people.

Sponsored by Sussex Mortgage Services, the quiz was hosted by Heart radio’s Jack the Lad while Capital FM DJ, Mike Panteli provided music and entertainment.

There were some fantastic prizes up for grabs for the raffle, including a holiday to Portugal at a five star resort, a £100 voucher for the Gingerman restaurants and two tickets for the British Airways i360.

Alex Mackay, managing director of Mishon Mackay, said: “Thank you to everyone who came to our quiz, we are so grateful for your continued support.

“The Clock Tower Sanctuary is a fantastic charity that provides a vital service in our city. Thanks, too, to everyone who donated raffle prizes – it was a great evening.”

Frances Duncan, CEO of The Clock Tower Sanctuary, said: “We can’t thank Mishon Mackay enough for their continued support for our work helping Brighton’s young and homeless.

“Thank you to all those who came along on the night and helped raise such an incredible amount. The money will do some brilliant work.”
