TWO sisters have jumped on the treadmill to launch their own fitness studio offering “high intensity” training sessions.

Jane Roche, 36, and Laura Heathwood, 34, are opening the studio in Brighton after Jane persuaded her sister to quit her job as an office manager and venture into the world of fitness.

The F45 Brighton Central studio, the first of the global chain’s studios in the UK outside London, will give people the chance to combine 45 minutes of interval training, circuit training and functional training.

Hove-based personal trainer Jane said: “My job has always been in health and fitness and I used to run my own fitness boot camp.

“It is really exciting to be starting this journey together and having my sister on board, who I know I can trust, is just great.

“No one training session at the new studio will be the same, so you will literally never do the same workout twice.

“We will keep you motivated and inspired.

“We have a dedicated athletics department where every workout is individually designed to create maximum results, akin to having your own personal trainer seven days a week.

“The studio is in an amazing location. We can’t wait for the people of Brighton to come and try it out.

“We want people to feel incredible about themselves.”

The class’s combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proved to be an effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle.

Although the studio is new to Brighton, six have already been opened in London this year.

F45 has almost 1,000 fitness studios in some 30 countries around the world and all are owned by independent operators.

The studio will have a live studio DJ on Saturdays and a new music playlist tailored to every workout to keep people energised.

The new studio is in Fleet Street, at the back of Brighton Station.

The sisters will launch it on January 2, followed by an official launch party on January 6.

Almost 700 people have already signed up to join and they are offering a two-weekfree trial during the pre-launch period.
