Police cameras captured a man who killed his boss shortly after he stabbed her 15 times.

David Browning handed himself in to police after attacking University of Brighton payroll manager Jillian Howell at her home in the Fiveways area of Brighton.

Cameras worn by police captured Browning, 51, of of Willow Drive, Seaford, at about 6am on October 26 after he stabbed Ms Howell 15 times.

The footage has been played to the jury in Browning's murder trial at Hove Crown Court.

In the footage he can be heard to say: "In a nutshell I have killed my boss."

He tells officers her address then adds: "The front door is left open. As you go in there are shotgun cartridges on the table."

Browning admits manslaughter by diminished responsibility but denies murder.

The trial continues.
