AN ENTREPRENEUR who co-founded a successful sex toy business has revealed she intends to send one as a wedding gift to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Stephanie Alys, from Brighton, has developed a multi-million pound business selling luxury sex toys around the world.

The 28-year-old, who has won awards for her work after setting up Mystery Vibe four years ago, has now revealed her plans to send one of the company’s products to the royal couple to mark the special occasion.

Speaking about her plans to the Daily Mail, Ms Alys said: “We are sending a Crescendo in the post to the royal couple next week as a wedding gift.

“We love how affectionate they are, but we want to make sure that spark stays alive.

“There’s lots of research showing that relationships where the couples experience regular sex and pleasure are happier, closer ones.

“We think that by encouraging these discussions, and providing the tech to make them happen, we can have a positive impact beyond just sex itself.”

Ms Alys’s success as a businesswoman was commended last week as she was awarded the Veuve Clicquot Business Award at a ceremony in London.

She was first inspired to set up the online company, which sells sex toys to customers in 57 countries, after trying to learn about the difficulties some couples face in their relationships.

The company’s £139 product which Ms Alys will be sending to the couple is being promoted as the world’s first sex toy to adapt to the body of the user.

To create the unique product, she drafted in the help of a team of specialist designers and engineers who have worked at large corporations such as Microsoft and Google, who brought their knowledge to the forefront of the design.

Ms Alys, who is co-founder and chief pleasure officer at Mystery Vibe, set up the company along with three other founders.
