A WORKER at OneFamily is one of the best managers.

Tracey Strutt has won silver for Manager of the Year in the UK National Contact Centre Awards.

The awards recognise individuals and teams who are working to make their contact centres professional and industry-leading.

Tracey was nominated by a member of her team for her dynamic, forward-thinking approach to contact centre management, which has been integral in the success of the department.

She manages a team of nearly 70 people who are the first point of call for customers wanting to discuss their OneFamily savings and investment products.

OneFamily, based in West Street, Brighton, is a customer-owned financial services company with products spanning savings, investments, protection and lifetime mortgages.

Tracey said: “I am thrilled to have won this award and would like to say thank you to my team for the nomination.

“To win a silver award at such a prestigious, national event is a great achievement.

“Although it was a personal award, without my team I know that this would not have been possible.”
