Runners raised an impressive total of £225,000 for Cancer Research UK over the weekend.
Event Manager Jess Edwards said: “Brighton did us proud.
"Despite the sweltering heat, women and children took on some serious action – and some serious mud.
"Every step they took will help our scientists beat cancer."
