A FORMER supermarket worker who died in the Shoreham Airshow disaster will be remembered by colleagues at a charity football game.

Sainsbury’s West Hove staff will be taking on a Tesco side in the match organised in memory of Jacob Schilt, who used to work at Sainsbury’s.

Last month, players at Worthing United and Mile Oak played in a series of charity matches.

The game on Sunday is free to attend.

Friends and family will raise money for the Robert Eaton Memorial Fund, a charity set up by family and friends of the popular Brighton and Hove Albion who was killed in the September 11 terrorist attack.

There will be a raffle and cake stall, and donations will also be welcome.

The game will kick off at 5pm on Sunday, August 12, at the Robert Albon Memorial Ground at Lyon’s Way in Worthing.
