TO mark Cycle to Work Day, Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital encouraged its staff to leave their cars at home.
Staff supported this national scheme in a bid to cut down on fuel emissions and promote daily exercise.
Ian Bates, ward manager at Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital, said: “Cycle to Work Day is a fantastic national scheme that we encourage our staff and consultants to participate in.
“Staying fit and healthy is one of our core values at Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital, and the location of our hospital on Warren Road, offers a picturesque landscape for an enjoyable ride into work. “
