SUSSEX author Shirley Collins will appear at a special book reading next week.
The writer, singer and folklorist is set to take to the stage at the Shoreham Ropetackle on Tuesday to discuss her new memoir, All In The Downs.
Over the course of the book Shirley, who hails from near Hastings, talks about her relationship with English folk music and the triumphs and tragedies of her life.
