SHE is already a lifestyle guru and internet sensation and now Zoella is publishing her first non-fiction book billed as a “blueprint for making an event and a memory out of each day”.

Cordially Invited, which will be published by Hodder and Stoughton on October 4 under her real name Zoe Sugg, details the Brighton-based vlogger’s favourite events throughout the year with suggestions on how to celebrate them.

The full-colour lifestyle title is divided into seasons with Zoella “sharing her most creative never-seen-before ideas in print, from how to feed guests and hacks for unexpected get-togethers, to simple but impressive craft projects and those personal touches people will remember”, according to her publisher.

Zoella “loves welcoming friends and family into her home, whether it’s to celebrate someone else’s big day or just being with friends, there is nothing she enjoys more than putting her energy into making any occasion special”, her publisher added.

“In Zoe’s eyes, the best thing about getting people together is there really is no right or wrong way: maybe you want to plan a throw-everything-at-it shindig, or simply make a special effort for one guest.

“Mostly it’s about how

people feel when they’re in your company. How the smallest of gatherings can feel momentous, and the biggest of parties can feel intimate.”

Zoella had been working on the project “behind the scenes” since the beginning of last year.

She said: “Making people feel at home in my own home is something I have always been very passionate about and it genuinely brings me so much joy.”

Zoe has hinted at this side to her in her videos.

The 28-year-old beauty, fashion and lifestyle vlogger is the country’s first female creator to attract ten million subscribers on YouTube, and has already published three novels.

These include Girl Online, the fastest selling fiction debut of all time in 2014 with just over 390,000 copies sold in hardback.

Zoella lives with boyfriend Alfie Deyes, also a YouTube star.

They recently moved from Dyke Road, Hove, to a new home outside Brighton.

Her brother is 26-year-old Joe Sugg, aka the vlogger ThatcherJoe, the first YouTuber to be signed up as one of the celebrity contestants in the new series of the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing this month.

Briony Gowlett, of Hodder and Stoughton, said: “Zoe is a powerhouse of creativity, energy and positivity.

“I am excited to launch this beautiful book.”
