SOME 200 guests partied late into the evening with the Gemini Print Group.
The party hosted by the Shoreham company was to celebrate the first anniversary of the installation of the major high speed ten colour printing press installed last autumn.
The theme was “be more orange – be more Gemini” so there were many creative examples of orange attire in evidence.
Marketing director Suzanne Heaven said “I never knew there were so many variations of orange socks.
“The effort that guests went to was fabulous – especially as serious problems with trains from London meant some people couldn’t reach Brighton and arrived when the party had been under way for more than four hours.”
The team at Alfresco restaurant along Brighton seafront prepared a hog roast and buffet feast, singer and musician Alex Banks got the dancing going, and Tony Charles entertained with Gemini Print and orange themed magic tricks
Group managing director Steve Cropper said: “The highlight of the evening was the effort so many people made to reach the event, plus the generous support from everyone fundraising for Albion in the Community.”
