BRIGHTON’S Italian restaurant Cin Cin has been awarded a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide
The Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand awards are for restaurants serving good quality, good value cooking and there are only 140 restaurants with a “Bib” across the UK.
Since opening in November 2016 in Vine Street in the North Laine, Cin Cin has won plaudits.
This includes getting listed in the Waitrose Good Food Guide and finishing fourth in the Brighton’s Best Top 20 restaurant awards.
Founder David Toscano said: “It’s been a quiet dream of ours to achieve a Bib Gourmand for our food and something that I have always worked towards with our head chef Jamie Halsall.”
