A MOTORYCLIST has been knocked off his bike by a car.
The rider was in collision with the vehicle at Old Steine, Brighton, earlier today.
He was receiving treatment in an ambulance at the bottom of North Street as workers from Brighton and Hove Buses helped ease traffic.
He is believed to have suffered minor injuries.
A policeman was seen moving a grey motorbike at the scene shortly after 2pm.
He declined to comment and a spokesman for Sussex Police said "no press release has been issued" and that he cannot give information on the crash.
