PEOPLE are being warned to take extra care after a significant cliff fall at Seaford Head near Newhaven.
The rock fall, pictured above, happened on Sunday afternoon.
Newhaven Coastguard Rescue Team confirmed that nobody was injured.
But the team said there was the possibility of more falls after the period of heavy rain, which increases the risk of cliff instability and makes cliff falls more likely.
People should give the cliff edges a wide berth and not to get too close to the top of cliff edges or approach the base of cliffs.
