Former Albion target Joe Gomez is the man to replace banned John Stones for England.
Boss Gareth Southgate has revealed the Liverpool defender will come into his side to face Spain while Stones serves a suspension.
Albion centre-back Lewis Dunk is also in the squad in Seville.
Gomez always looked the most likely man to fill in for Stones but Dunk’s chances of featuring against La Roja at some stage could have increased due to the Manchester City star's absence.
Harry Maguire filled the other central defensive berth in the back four which faced Croatia on Friday.
