Police are linking several cases of indecent exposure.
The latest incident happened on September 17 in Preston Park, Brighton, when a man approached a group of teenage girls and exposed himself.
One of the girls snatched a photo of the man, which police have released to identify him.
From descriptions, police believe the suspect is the same man involved in previous cases of indecent exposures in the park in 2016 and 2017.
All have involved girls around their early teens.
He is white, in his mid-twenties, and was wearing a white top and green shorts. He was carrying a black Adidas bag. Previous reports suggest he is about 6ft, slim with short dark loosely curled hair.
