YOGA enthusiasts can float away from stresses of life when new classes start at the i360.
Experts My Escape and Nine Lives Yoga have teamed up to offer courses in the British Airways i360 pods at the West Pier in Brighton this November.
They say a relaxing, hour-long session gives those taking part stunning views of the South Downs and the Sussex coast.
Spokesman Emily Bamber said: “A flight on the pod is a serene, peaceful experience, especially first thing in the morning when the city is just stirring.
“The pod is an ideal location for a yoga class and we invite the public to ‘rise above it’ and join us for this special yogic journey.”
Sessions will be given by award-winning studio owner Holly Cooper, Yoga Rave teacher Cat Duval, and classical pilates teacher Ellie Priest
There will be breakfasts in the West Beach Bar & Kitchen after.
