Slough Town’s Ben Harris sent the visiting supporters into raptures with his goal against Eastbourne Borough at Priory Lane on Saturday.
In scenes reminiscent of David Beckham’s goal against Wimbledon in 1997, he took on the unlikely strike after spotting the keeper off his line.
The wonder goal caught the commentator off guard, as Slough emerged with possession in their 2-1 victory.
“And Slough can come away. Oh that’s a huge ball… and he’s scored,” he said.
Eastbourne Borough bowed out of the FA Cup after the wonder strike from set the visitors on their way to the 2-1 victory.
Harris’s strike stunned the home crowd.
