POLICE want to identify the owners of a safe and a cash till which were found dumped.
The items were discovered in a lane behind Surrenden Road and Varndean Road, Brighton.
Detectives believe they have been stolen and the safe has been broken into.
Anyone who recognises the items or has any information about them should contact police online or ring 101 quoting serial 281 of 18/10.
