THE Grand hotel will switch on its Christmas lights in a festive extravaganza on November 28.
It will be inviting guests and the community to come along for the celebrations.
With the hotel’s refreshed façade revealed after months of restoration work, the Grand says it will be a showstopping display.
The evening will begin with Christmas carol singing by members of Westdene Primary at six pm with a special guest from Sussex children’s charity Rockinghorse switching on the Christmas lights at 6.30pm.
The event will also mark the launch of the Grand Brighton’s Christmas Wish Campaign supporting three charities, The Clock Tower Sanctuary, Rockinghorse Children’s Charity and Cafe Domenica.
Purchase a Christmas Wish for £1, take a moment to write your wish and select from one of the three charities to receive your donation.
Then, head to the Grand staircase to hang your wish, which will be adorned in a gold garland extending the entire stairwell.
