Police were called to Clarendon Villas in Hove after men were seen with a gun
Two men have been arrested after armed police swooped in to a residential street.
Police received reports that a man had been seen with a gun at Clarendon Villas in Hove at 5.40am this morning.
After arriving, two men were arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm. A 33-year-old man from Brighton, and a 34-year-old man of no fixed address were held.
Both men remained in custody.
