FatFace has opened in the £85 million Arndale Centre extension in Eastbourne.
It is the third store to open in the extension in three weeks after H & M and Next opened their doors for trading.
The store opened on Thursday and customers enjoyed live music on Saturday with the chance to win a £250 gift card.
Andrew Rice, Fund Manager at Legal & General, said: “This is the third store to open in the Centre and already this is giving a different feel to the town centre shopping experience in Eastbourne. It was great to see so many people taking a look at what FatFace has to offer during its first weekend of trading.”
The 170,000 sq ft extension is being funded by Arndale Centre owners Legal & General and once completed will bring an additional 22 shops to Eastbourne plus an eight-screen cinema and restaurants.
More opening dates of stores will be announced soon.
