THREE people were arrested and 70 others were treated by paramedics during the Lewes Bonfire celebrations.
A 19-year-old woman from Newhaven was arrested for anti social behaviour and two Lewes residents were arrested for ABH and possession of class A drugs.
Police say there were no major incidents at the bonfire event attended by 30,000 people.
Chief Superintendent Neil Honnor said: “It requires months of planning and preparation, and we couldn’t have done it without the cooperation of our fellow emergency services, the bonfire societies, and the general public.”
