A PERVERT who performed a sex act in front of shocked onlookers has been ordered to pay a fine.
Fabrice Angoston was in Margaret Street off St James’s Street in Brighton in July when witnesses saw him expose himself.
The 45-year-old Frenchman denied a charge of outraging public decency, but was found guilty at Brighton Magistrates’ Court.
Prosecutors said he was seen from a basement window.
Angoston, of Richmond Place in Brighton, was ordered to pay a £150 fine, and must also pay a £30 victim surcharge and £300 court costs.
