A MAN was hit by a car and seriously injured yesterday.
The 31-year-old pedestrian was involved in a collision with a Mercedes E220 in High Street, Littlehampton at about 2pm.
The man was taken to hospital with head and arm injuries.
Police are trying to find out what happened before the crash and are appealing for witnesses.
