AN EXCITING office development is now completely full ahead of its opening in June 2019.
The Brinell Building, in Station Street, Brighton, has achieved record rents for the city.
The hugely-impressive seven-storey office building is being delivered by developer and contractor McAleer and Rushe.
Unity Technologies, a video game development company based in San Francisco, is taking the first to fourth floors on a ten-year lease.
The tech company will be the anchor tenant..
Diversified, a technology digital media and broadcasting firm, and electronic security company OTT solutions, are also moving in.
So too is professional services firm Dehns.
McAleer and Rushe is based in Cookstown with offices in London, Dublin and Belfast.
The company employs 270 people throughout the UK and Ireland and celebrated 50 years in business in 2017
Property development director Angus Monteith said: “We successfully developed CityView in 2016 and we saw the opportunity to bring forward additional office space to meet untapped demand in central Brighton.
“Our decision to speculatively develop The Brinell Building has been rewarded with 100 per cent pre-lettings to a first-class tenant line-up six months ahead of practical completion.”
