FIVE men broke into a home, attacked a woman and stole cash and a box of cutlery.
The homeowners, who live in Punch Copse Road, Pound Hill, in Crawley, answered the door and were confronted by five men with their faces covered.
They threatened the occupants and forced their way into the house.
A 37-year-old woman was knocked to the floor during the attack and sustained bruising and a shoulder injury.
She was taken to East Surrey Hospital for treatment.
The men stole cash and a box of cutlery before escaping in a car.
All the suspects are described as black, and were wearing dark coloured clothing.
The incident happened on November 22 at about 3.30pm.
